A simple design to replace an old conservatory and expand the kitchen to provide an open and bright dining room that is fully connected with the garden. The cost-effective design was built for a modest £60,000 budget using a material pallet of painted brick and concrete roof tiles. The vaulted ceiling increases the sense and quality of internal space, and the mono-tone colouring emphasises the views of the garden beyond.
