Not all projects will need planning permission, but this will depend on what is being proposed. We’ll help you navigate the planning process, advise on what’s required, prepare and manage any applications for you.

Most of our clients are new to building projects. If it’s your first time, we know it can feel a little daunting at the start. We guide you step by step, explain everything clearly, and are always available to answer questions.

We are Architects based in Canterbury and we cover Kent and into London. Generally, our projects are located around the Kent Coast in places such as Canterbury, Whitstable, Broadstairs, Deal, Margate, Ramsgate, Folkestone, and Faversham though we are happy to travel further for the right project.

Yes. Whilst we are not conservation specialists, our projects are often located within a conservation area, and we enjoy working with older or listed buildings to provide creative interventions that complement the original structure.
