Step-by-Step Process
We follow the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work, a trusted framework that keeps your project organised so you always know what’s happening and what comes next. Here’s how it works in practice:
Stages 1 & 2
Briefing & Concept Design
We start by understanding your ideas, requirements and budget, collect site information then explore lots of options so we can develop a design that’s right for you.
Stage 3
Developed Design (Planning)
We handle the planning application and liaise with planners for you, making sure everything’s in place for approval.
Stage 4
Technical Design
Comprehensive technical drawings, construction details and coordination with engineers ready for tender and building regs approval, so you know exactly what’s being built.
Stages 5 & 6
Construction & Handover
Support for you during the build, working closely with the builder to provide ongoing advice, contract administration, site visits and snagging at completion.
